Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including eBooks, onlines masterclasses, and downloadable content, are final.  Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed.  If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at hello@novathelabel.co.uk for assistance.

 

Nail Courses (In Person Training)

All courses are non-refundable.  Please ensure you are certain before booking.  If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.  No shows or cancellations made less than 14 days before the course will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
